Why is TemptOne so influential?

In 2003, tragedy struck when Quan was diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. The degenerative condition severely limited his physical abilities, including his ability to move and speak. Quan was left completely paralyzed, with only his eyes functioning normally.

Despite his physical challenges, Quan refused to give up his passion for art. With the help of his friends and collaborators, Quan began using an eye-tracking device to communicate and create digital artworks. This new approach allowed him to continue expressing himself artistically and contributed to the emergence of eye-tracking technology as a tool for disabled artists.

Quan’s story and resilience inspired many in the art community and beyond. His work continues to be celebrated and exhibited globally, showcasing his unique style and the power of artistic expression in the face of adversity.
